Today’s day and age has shifted into a virtual world, either fully online or a hybrid setup for our work or school. Ramp up your productivity and dont be stale by doing these tips.

Prioritize Tasks

Create your own list of priorities and a calendar so you can follow a routine everyday for your virtual activities. By setting a priority list, you can start on the most important task or focus on the task with the closest deadline. This way, you won’t be behind schedule and stay on track of things that you need to do. You will be able to maximize your time during online classes or when working from home in your Grand Zyon condo.

Sort Your Digital Files

Organize files in your devices and clean up the digital mess. With a cluttered email or computer, you may not be able to find what you need because it’s a mess. Put the important ones you need into folders then sort them out. Remove or delete any file, email or document that is outdated and those you don’t need. Reducing the number of unnecessary files will allow you to spend more hours on work instead of looking for documents.

Declutter your physical workspace

You also have to organize your physical work area and not just your digital space. Cluttered spaces can increase your anxiety and stress, also affecting your productivity and concentration.

By cleaning your desk, you can become more productive. Keep only the things you need on your desk so you have everything ready and within reach during your work or school hours. Use storage bins, organizers, and add proper labels so that you know where to get them and not waste any time looking for it. You get to save desk space and valuable time from trying to find things.
