Having a morning routine can help you throughout your day, whether at home or at work. It may seem daunting at first, but it’s easier than you think. Here are some tips you could use to kickstart your day in your condo at Rivelle Tampines.

Go out early in the morning

Taking a walk at the park or just going out to soak in the sun early in the morning has its benefits, like having a better mood, and helping boost and energize you better than caffeine.

Exercise

There is a wide variety of exercises you could do. Walking is the most accessible or if you want to actively train, you could try HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training like Tabata to get yourself energized and awake for the day. This makes sure you get your exercise routine done efficiently and effectively.

Bathe with cold water

Taking a cold shower can help improve your blood circulation, make you more aware, support a better immune system, and have a better mood, energy, and lower your stress levels and anxiety. Cold water leads to you taking in more oxygen, boosts adrenaline, and makes you feel more energetic and aware.

Wake up with a purpose

Make sure you are waking up with a purpose, like planning to go to the gym when you wake up. Jot down your goals or have a vision board, so you have something to look forward to and stay motivated.

Sleep well

In order to kickstart your day well, you must sleep well first. To improve your sleep it is advised not to take caffeine late in the afternoon, wind down a few hours before bed so that you are not stressed, and dim your lights for a conducive environment that makes you feel relaxed. Having better sleep leads to you having a better mood and makes you feel more energized. We needs about 8 hours of sleep, so aim for that.
