Social Entrepreneur Hady Wehbe discusses Personal Growth

Social Entrepreneur Hady Wehbe discusses Personal Growth.

Hady Wehbe is a perfect example that any big dreams you have can come true thanks to hard work and well-balanced personal life.

Hady Wehbe is a successful social entrepreneur who founded two multi-million dollar businesses by the time he was 31. One of his businesses is a restaurant called Sharky’s and the other a sports complex called 11 Players, both in Senegal. However, he decided to step down from his positions to balance his personal life and help people from underserved communities. Hady was able to talk with us, to give some insights into how he could get where he is today.

What is personal growth?

While there may be no specific definition to the phrase Personal Growth, one thing we all can agree on what an endless journey it is to our lives. Personal growth is essential to what we do and who we are; nevertheless, it is not about the results we gain from the journey as much as the journey itself. There are moments in our lives where we have challenges, moments where we work hard to do better and get better in life. It could be something as little as punctuality or something that requires more effort, but improvement will play a significant role in our lifestyle and expression of our true self. The young entrepreneur believes that personal development is a tool that will change the way we live our lives. People will always strive to be better, which leads us to develop paths where our success is created from well-being and happiness. In the long run, consistency helps us to reach our full potential. No doubt, self-development can be challenging, but the eventual result will always beat out your current state. Every successful entrepreneur, including me will attest to this fact of taking advantage of some inner power even in times of challenges, thick and thin, ups and downs, lest they would fall apart like a two-dollar suitcase.

Later in the interview, Hady said a fantastic quote, “Personal growth forces you to live in the now, making you take conscious efforts and devoting yourself towards the things that help us achieve anything you want in life. It all begins with your inner strength, and the more attention you give it, the more energy you release, channeling through the course of your creativity to impact the society and become successful.”

We were so lucky to have such a great interview with the amazing entrepreneur Hady Wehbe. Hopefully, any of our readers out there will use his words to help better themselves.
