We were expecting funds in the Jhelum Branch from overseas. Funds were sent but we were unable to collect; we had to go 2 hours to the money. In fact, i went to drop my cheque there and came to know that this branch is closed.<br>Citibank has very bad reputation in customer services. They never attend you properly, no information on time. They always show rosey pictures to customer and now to media as well and no on speaks about it.<br><br>Very bad service.
